摘  要:基于网格划分的方法,分析了不同目标面照度分布下点光源设计的双自由曲面透镜在扩展光源下的效果,提出一种优化的用于点光源设计的照度分布,针对大距高比的设计目标,可以将扩展光源下的阵列水平方向的均匀性从46.27%提升到77.30%;对角线方向的均匀性从28.05%提升到70.25%,通过对底面增加微结构,均匀性分别可以提升到96.24%和88.96%。提出的设计方法可以在点光源下获得较优的透镜面型,大大减少了后期的优化工作量,缩短开发时间,具有较大的实际应用价值。Based on meshing method,the effect of double freeform surface lens with extended light source was firstly analyzed,in which the double freeform surface lens was designed with point light source and different illumination distribution.An optimized illumination distribution for point light source was then proposed,which could improve the uniformity of the extended light source from 46.27%to 77.30%along horizontal direction and from 28.05%to 70.25%along diagonal direction,especially for large distance-height ratio lens.The uniformity could be furtherly increased to 96.24%and 88.96%by applying microstructure on the bottom surface.The proposed design method could achieve a better lens profile for point light source,which could heavily reduce the optimization workload,shorten the development time,and present great practical value.
