摘 要:探讨了液晶显示面板有关的暗态大视角漏光问题,基于实验进行了相关改善因素的验证,找出大视角暗态漏光的关键原因为暗态下低预倾角PI配向液晶倾倒程度较大,大视角下液晶延迟量(△nd)变大,致使暗态漏光严重。并从工艺、材料、配向方面对暗态大视角漏光改善进行了分析,给出了暗态大视角漏光的改善机理和改进方向。The problem of light leakage in dark state and large viewing angle of TFT-LCD panel was discussed,and the relevant factors were verified by the experiment.It was found that the key reason was PI pretilt of the light leakage in the dark state with large viewing angle.In dark state,the low pretilt of PI could cause liquid crystal to dump more,and the△nd became bigger with large viewing angle,which could result in serious light leakage in the dark state.Some directions were provided based on the technology and material for the improvement of light leakage with large viewing angle in dark state.
