摘　　要：目的探讨便携式B超在海勤官兵体检中的应用价值。方法使用APOGEE1200汕头彩色多普勒便携式超声诊断仪,对基层海勤官兵进行健康体检,并对仪器的图像质量、操作的方便性、稳定性、安全性及故障情况进行评价。结果便携式B超具有较好的设备稳定性、安全性,操作方便,图像清晰,特别适用于基层医疗机构使用。结论便携式B超优点突出,应用范围广,在基层海勤官兵的健康体检中发挥了重要作用。Objective To explore the application value of portable B-ultrasonography in the physical examination of naval officers and soldiers.Methods The APOGEE 1200 Shantou portable color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic instrument was used to carry out the physical examination of the basic-level naval officers and soldiers,and the image quality,convenience of operation,stability,safety and fault situation of the instrument were evaluated.Results Portable B-ultrasonography has good equipment stability,security,easy operation,clear image,especially suitable for primary medical institutions.Conclusion Portable B-ultrasonography has outstanding advantages and wide application range,which plays an important role in the health examination of naval officers and soldiers at the basic level.
