摘  要:以聚醚三醇EP-330NG、聚醚二醇DL-1000D和甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为主要原料制备预聚体(A组分),水、填料及其他助剂为B组分,制备了低模量双组分聚氨酯密封胶。考察了预聚体中EP-330NG和DL-1000D的摩尔比值、预聚体的NCO含量、B组分中水的用量对聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响。结果表明:当EP-330NG和DL-1000D的摩尔比值为2.5、预聚体NCO质量分数为5.7%、B组分含水量为8%时,密封胶的表干时间为2.7 h,拉伸强度为1.13 MPa,断裂伸长率为957%,拉伸模量为0.29 MPa;密封胶体内部结构致密、气孔少,符合JC/T 976—2005的要求。A two-component low modulus polyurethane sealant was prepared based on a system in which component A was synthesized by polyether triol EP-330 NG,polyether diol DL-1000 D and toluene diisocyanate( TDI),and component B was composed of water,fillers and other additives. The effect of molar ratio of EP-330 NG and DL-1000 D in the prepolymer,NCO content in the prepolymer,and the amount of water in component B on the properties of the polyurethane sealant were investigated. The results showed that the surface drying time of sealant was 2. 7 h,the tensile strength was 1. 13 MPa,the elongation at break was 957% and the tensile modulus was 0. 29 MPa when the nEP-330 NG∶nDL-1000 Dwas 2. 5,the NCO content of prepolymer was 5. 7% and water content of component B was 8%. The sealant was compact with few pores,which met the requirements of JC/T 976-2005 standard.
