摘 要:在电磁力互动柱塞泵的电磁力输出特性曲线中,有效输出的电磁力只占电磁力曲线中最小的一段,电磁力利用率低。针对这一问题,进行电磁铁线圈在轴向配置空间内的电磁特性仿真,得到仿真结果。建立优化模型,优化后的结果,将电磁铁线圈的轴向位置重新配置,使得电磁力有效输出提高。在电磁泵输出功率不变的前提下,提高了电磁铁的有效输出,使通电时间大幅度下降,提高能量转换效率。In the electromagnetic force output characteristic curve of the electromagnetic force interaction plunger pump,the effective output electromagnetic force only accounts for the smallest segment of the electromagnetic force curve with low utilization rate of electromagnetic force.The electromagnetic force characteristics of the electromagnet coil in the axial configuration space were initially simulated with results being obtained.The optimized result was achieved through establishment of an optimization model.As the axial position of the electromagnet coil was reconfigured,the effective output of the electromagnetic force was improved.The results indicate that the constant output power of the electromagnetic pump can enhance the output section of the electromagnet effectively,reduce the energization time drastically,and increase the energy conversion efficiency.
