摘  要:基于DVS1612和DVS1608标准,对钢材和铝合金焊接结构的焊缝和母材分别建立局部坐标系,对各方向应力及综合效果进行疲劳评估。运用SQL Server数据库、Matlab和Matlab/GUI软件进行疲劳评估程序开发,该系统由数据库模块、疲劳计算模块和人机交互界面模块组成。运用该系统对某地铁转向架构架典型焊缝和母材进行疲劳强度评估,并在试验台上进行强度验证。对比结果表明:该评估系统可以捕获结构压缩区多轴效应明显的薄弱部位,且较试验结果更为保守,评估结果可信。Based on DVS1612 and DVS1608 standards,the local coordinate system was established for the weld and base metal of steel and aluminum alloy welding structure respectively,and the stress and comprehensive effect in each direction were evaluated.Using SQL Server database,Matlab and Matlab/GUI software to develop fatigue evaluation program,the system was composed of database module,fatigue calculation module and human-computer interface module.The system was used to evaluate the fatigue strength of typical welds and base metal of a metro bogie frame,and the strength was verified on the static strength and fatigue strength test bench of traction power.The comparison results show that the evaluation system can capture the weak parts of the structure with obvious multi axial effect in the compression area,which is more conservative than the test results.
