摘  要:为提高斜轴式轴向柱塞泵的装配质量,获得最优装配序列,引入层次化割集法规划装配序列。根据装配关系信息提取子装配体和聚族,构造层次关系树及联接关系模型,并通过可行性判断求解可行装配序列。综合考虑装配的复杂性、时间、成本等因素,从4个方面对可行装配序列进行综合评价,得到最优装配序列。层次化割集法解决了装配序列中的“组合爆炸”问题,提高了斜轴式轴向柱塞泵装配序列规划效率,为其装配工艺规划提供了依据。To improve the assembly quality of the inclined axis axial piston pump and obtain the optimal assembly sequence,hierarchical cut set method is introduced to plan assembly sequences.Sub-assemblies and clusters are extracted based on assembly relationship information,hierarchical relationship trees are constructed and connection relationship models,and feasible assembly sequences are solved through feasibility judgment.Meanwhile,by comprehensive consideration of assembly complexity,time,cost and other factors,comprehensive evaluation of the feasible assembly sequence is conducted from four aspects to obtain the optimal assembly sequence.The hierarchical cut set method solves the problem of“combined explosion”in the assembly sequence,improves the planning efficiency of the assembly sequence of the inclined axis axial piston pump,and lays foundation for its assembly process planning.
