摘 要:针对电动钻机电网中有源电力滤波器(APF)滤除谐波时响应速度慢以及电流实时跟踪性差的问题,将自抗扰控制技术用于有源电力滤波器的电流跟踪控制。根据电动钻机电网结构建立了一种三相四线制并联型APF的数学模型,并依据其状态空间模型设计用于APF电流跟踪控制的一阶线性自抗扰控制器。自抗扰控制方法将系统内部模型的不确定性与系统外部扰动统一视为系统的未知干扰,通过线性扩张状态观测器来估计,然后利用线性状态误差反馈控制律进行补偿,以保证补偿电流能实时跟踪指令信号的变化。与PID控制进行仿真结果对比表明,使用线性自抗扰控制能有效提高APF的电流跟踪性能和谐波补偿性能,验证了该控制策略的有效性和优越性。Aiming at the problem of slow response and poor real-time current tracking of the active power filter(APF)in filtering out harmonics in the electric drilling rig grid,the active disturbance rejection control technology is used for the current tracking control of the active power filter.A mathematical model of a three-phase four-wire parallel APF is established according to the power grid structure of the electric drilling rig.A first-order linear active disturbance rejection controller for APF current tracking control is designed according to its state space model.The active disturbance rejection control method treats the uncertainty of the internal model of the system and the external disturbance of the system as the unknown disturbance of the system,which is estimated by the linear extended state observer,and then compensated by the linear state error feedback control law to ensure the compensation current tracking the change of the command signal in real time.The simulation results comparison with PID control shows that the use of linear active disturbance rejection control can effectively improve the current tracking performance and harmonic compensation performance of APF,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the control strategy.
