摘  要:采用双螺杆挤出机制备了高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)/溴代三嗪(TTBPC)粒料,并注塑为片状样品。进行加速老化实验后,采用表面观察、液相色谱、扫描电镜等方法对HIPS复合材料的析出现象进行了测试,分析了析出物的主要成分、微观形貌与析出量的影响因素。研究结果表明,当TTBPC阻燃HIPS复合材料不添加氯化聚乙烯(CPE)时,样品表面无明显析出。在添加CPE后,样品表面有明显析出,且析出物主要为阻燃剂TTBPC。相对于不添加CPE的样品,将15%质量CPE加入到HIPS/TTBPC(20)复合材料中,在温度为85℃、湿度为85%恒温箱中,老化0~5 d,阻燃剂TTBPC的析出量增大至12.5倍。阻燃剂TTBPC析出量随着CPE和TTBPC加入量的增加而明显增大,随老化温度的升高而增大。High impact polystyrene(HIPS)granule containing tri(tribromo phenyl)cyanurate(TTBPC)was prepared using twin-screw extruder,which was molded to sheet samples.After the accelerated aging,the HIPS composite was tested by observation,liquid chromatography,and scanning electron microscopy respectively.The morphology,main components,and factors affecting the amount of precipitation on HIPS composite were analyzed.There was not obvious precipitation on the sample surface when the HIPS composite without chlorinated polyethylene(CPE),the precipitations were obvious when the CPE was added in the HIPS composite and the main component of the precipitation was TTBPC.Comparing to composite without CPE,the addition of CPE was 15%,the TTBPC precipitation increased by 12.5 times,at aging in 85℃humidity 85%in 0~5 days.With the increase of CPE and TTBPC content in the composite,the amount of TTBPC precipitation increased sharply,and the higher temperature,the amount of precipitation was greater.
