摘 要:以聚氨酯(TPU)为增韧相,纳米纤维素(CNF)为增强相,采用硅烷偶联剂KH550和钛酸酯偶联剂TC201对CNF进行表面处理,利用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混制备一系列TPU/CNF改性聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)、万能试验机和悬臂梁冲击试验机对复合材料的断面形貌、结晶性能及力学性能进行测试。结果表明,改性后的PLA/TPU/CNF复合材料的界面团聚现象减轻,相容性显著提高;与纯PLA相比,PLA/TPU/CNF含量为20%的复合材料结晶度(Xc)降低了0.49%,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及缺口冲击强度分别增大了5.23%、118.58%、33.82%,PLA/TPU/CNF(KH550)复合材料的Xc、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及缺口冲击强度分别增大了1.71%、6.46%、131.68%、50.44%,PLA/TPU/CNF(TC201)复合材料的Xc、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率及缺口冲击强度分别增大了3.10%、10.00%、134.08%、81.61%。Polyurethane(TPU)as the toughening phase,nanocellulose(CNF)and surface modified CNF via silane coupling agent KH550 and titanate coupling agent TC201 as the reinforcing phase,a series of TPU/CNF masterbatch and PLA were melt-compounded by twin-screw extruder to prepare PLA/TPU/CNF composite.Fracture morphology,crystallization and mechanical properties of the composite were tested by FTIR、SEM、DSC、POM、universal testing machine and cantilever beam impact testing machine.The results showed that the agglomeration phenomenon of the modified PLA/TPU/CNF composite was alleviated and the compatibility was obviously improved.Compared with pure PLA,Xc of PLA/TPU/CNF-20%composite decrease by 0.49%,its tensile strength,elongation at break and notched impact strength increase by 5.23%,118.58%,33.82%,respectively.The Xc,tensile strength,elongation at break and notched impact strength of PLA/TPU/CNF-KH550 composite increased by 1.71%,6.46%,131.68%,50.44%,respectively.The Xc,tensile strength,elongation at break and notched impact strength of PLA/TPU/CNF-titanate composite increase by 3.10%,10.00%,134.08%,81.61%,respectively.
