摘 要:通过向均聚聚丙烯(HPP)粉料中加入不同含量的过氧化物,制备了超高熔体流动性聚丙烯,研究了过氧化物含量对聚丙烯(PP)的分子量和结晶性能的影响,以及过氧化物含量对样品熔体质量流动速率(MFR)的影响。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)研究了样品的分子量及分子量分布的变化;采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)和偏光显微镜(PLM)研究了不同样品的熔融和结晶性能以及晶体形态。研究结果表明,过氧化物含量的提高有利于提高聚丙烯MFR,降解过程能大幅降低PP的分子量和分子量分布宽度。添加过氧化物后,PP样品的熔融温度降低,结晶速率得到提高,并且球晶尺寸减小,分布更加均匀。Ultra high melt flow polypropylene was prepared by adding different content of peroxides to homopolypropylene(HPP).The influnce of peroxide content on the molecular weight and crystallinity of polypropylene(PP)was studied.The effect of peroxide content on the MFR of sample melt was analyzed.The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the samples were measured by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The crystallinity and morphology of different samples were studied by DSC and PLM.It was found that the increase of peroxide content was beneficial to the increase of MFR.The degradation process could greatly reduce the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution width of PP.The addition of peroxide could also reduce the melting temperature and increase the crystallization rate of the sample.The spherulites in the sample were smaller and more evenly distributed.
