摘 要:利用DSC和DMA方法研究了不同热处理条件下,透明聚酰胺PACM12-PA66共聚物(PACM12含量为90%)的结晶行为和玻璃化转变。结果表明,PACM12-PA66共聚物具有缓慢结晶的特征。与PA66相比,透明聚酰胺PACM12-PA66共聚物的玻璃化转变温度显著提升,采用DSC方法检测到玻璃化转变温度从80.1℃升高至114℃;DMA检测玻璃化转变温度从88.2℃升高至97.2℃。且随着升降温速率的加快以及恒温时间的缩短,透明聚酰胺PACM12-PA66共聚物材料的玻璃化转变温度显著提高。研究结果表明,通过控制变温速率及保温时间可以调控聚酰胺PACM12-PA66共聚物的玻璃化转变温度,透明聚酰胺PACM12-PA66共聚物的使用温度范围与纯PA66相比较宽,具有更广泛的应用范围。The crystallization behavior and glass transition of transparent copolymer PACM12-PA66(the content of PACM12 was 90%)were studied by using DSC and DMA.The results showed that the transparent copolymer PACM12-PA66 exhibits the characteristics of slow crystallization.The glass transition temperature(Tg)of copolymer PACM12-PA66 increased significantly than PA66.Glass transition temperature measured by DSC increased from 80.1℃to 114℃.Glass transition temperature measured by DMA increased from 88.2℃to 97.2℃.In addition,the Tg of the transparent copolymer PACM12-PA66 increased with the increase of temperature change rate or the decrease of constant temperature time.This study showed that the Tg of copolymer PACM12-PA66 could be adjusted by controlling the rate of temperature change and the constant temperature period.The transparent copolymer PACM12-PA66 had a wider temperature range than pure PA66 and had a wider range of application.
