摘 要:功能梯度材料由于具有可设计的结构组成和特殊性能而持续受到关注。利用传统的注塑成型设备,通过非平衡注射成型方法,在注塑赋形的同时,向共混体系中引入负熵流,引发的系统内部的热流与物质流,利用聚合物间热运动能力的差异,自组织形成相分离梯度结构,然后,急速冷却固化成型,制备得到聚苯乙烯(PS)/聚氨酯(TPU)的梯度材料。采用FTIR、SEM-EDS测试方法对梯度结构的形成机制及形态演变规律进行研究。结果表明,通过对模腔热力学状态的调控,能可控地制备均质的海-岛结构和非均质的梯度结构,而负熵流是自组织形成非均质梯度结构的决定性因素。控制负熵流强度与作用时间可以实现对形态结构的演化与最终形态的调控。Functionally gradient materials(FGMs)had attracted more and more attention due to their designable structure and special properties.In this paper,gradient materials of polystyrene(PS)/polyurethane(TPU)were prepared by nonequilibrium injection molding with traditional injection molding equipment,the negative entropy flow was introduced into the blend system at the same time of injection molding,which led to the heat flow and material flow in the system.The gradient structure of phase separation was formed by self-organization,using the difference of heat movement ability between polymers,and then the rapid cooling and solidification were formed.By FTIR and SEM-EDS,the formation mechanism and morphological evolution of the gradient structure were investigated.The results showed that the homogeneous sea-island structure and heterogeneous gradient structure could be controlled by adjusting the thermodynamic state of the cavity,and the negative entropy flow was the decisive factor for the formation of heterogeneous gradient structure.By controlling the intensity and time of negative entropy flow,the evolution of morphology and the final morphology could be controlled.
