摘  要:结合大批量塑件生产过程中浇口自动切除的需要,设计了一种微型油缸驱动型模内热切机构,机构结构组成包括4个部分,分别为超高压时间控制系统+油管(连接时间控制器与模具)、微型油缸、切刀及触点开关。该机构可以应用于车门内饰板塑件的注塑成型生产实践中,能实现的功能:在浇口完全冻结前,外部高压油压机将高压油通过管道输送给微型油缸,由微型油缸驱动顶杆及切刀,使用切刀快速将位于其刀尖上方的侧浇口部分塑料切除,从而实现浇口与模腔内塑件的分离。通过将该机构应用于塑件生产中,有效地提高了塑件生产效率,并且降低了采用人工剪除浇口的成本,机构结构简单,便于加工和在模具中安装,具有较好的模具生产推广意义。According to the needs of automatic gate cutting in mass production of plastic parts,a micro cylinder driven mould with hot cutting mechanism was designed.The mechanism consisted of four parts:Ultra-high pressure time control system and oil pipe(connecting time controller and mold),micro cylinder,cutter and contact switch.In the injection molding production practice of the door interior trim panel plastic parts,the function of the mechanism could be realized:Before the gate was completely frozen,the external high-pressure hydraulic press passes the high-pressure oil through the pipe to the mini cylinder,driven the top rod and the cutter by the mini cylinder,so that the cutter could quickly be located above the side gate of the knife.The plastic as squeezed to achieve the serparation of the gate and the inner plastic parts of the cavity.Through the application of the mechanism,the production efficiency of the plastic part was effectively improved and the cost of manually cutting the gate was reduced in the production of the plastic part.The structure of the mechanism was simple,which was convenient for processing and installation in the mold,and had better significance for mould production promotion.
