摘  要:对原有输水渠道进行加高扩建是提升工程输水能力的有效手段。受寒冷气候影响,传统混凝土制缝技术无法达到快速施工的要求。为此,研发了多功能渠道衬砌混凝土制缝机,实现了在混凝土塑性阶段分格制缝功能;同时,结合渠道机械化铺装设备生产工序,以及面板接缝材料质量需求,从提高抗裂性、增强耐久性、抗变形性能等角度出发,研发了接缝止水新材料以及渠道面板接缝充填弹性砂浆材料。在此基础上,通过相关设备及材料的应用,形成了渠道衬砌混凝土制缝成套技术。Heightening and expanding the original water conveyance canal is an effective method to improve the water conveyance capacity of the project.Affected by the cold climate,the traditional concrete joint making technology can not meet the requirements of rapid construction.Therefore,a multi-functional canal lining concrete joint making machine was developed,which realized the function of dividing into grids in the plastic stage of concrete.At the same time,combined with the production process of canal mechanized pavement equipment and the quality requirements of panel joint materials,a new joint sealing materials and elastic mortar materials for canal panel joint filling were developed from the perspective of improving crack resistance,durability and deformation resistance.On this basis,through the application of relevant equipment and materials,a complete set of technology for canal lining concrete joint making has been formed.
