摘　　要：随着mRNA合成技术、分子修饰技术、递送技术的迅速发展,mRNA疫苗在感染性疾病、过敏性疾病、自身免疫性疾病和肿瘤疾病的防治中取得了巨大进展。该综述概述了mRNA疫苗在感染性疾病中应用的研究进展及其面临的挑战。With the rapid development of mRNA synthetic technique,molecular modification and vaccine delivery technologies,a great progress has been made in mRNA vaccine for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases,allergic diseases,autoimmune diseases and tumors.In this paper,the research progress and challenges of mRNA vaccine in infectious diseases were reviewed.
