摘　　要：插拔管LED采用插拔的形式组接灯具,方便快捷,使用广泛。目前,插拔管灯的灯头有G24D (2针)和G24Q(4针),主要因为一种是直接市电接入(L和N),另外一种是预热启动的外置电子镇流器驱动。两者外观类似,但使用电特性差异很大。通俗的说法是两针市电接入灯头名称为G24D,四针为镇流器输出接入灯头名称为G24Q。现阶段,G24D和G24Q在实际使用时终端客户较难区分使用,中间商为满足市场需要,要库存两种产品,增加了库存种类和周转压力,而且终端用户不够专业会很容易买错装错。基于以上,作者开发了这款LED插拔管灯,通过切换灯头实现2针和4针互变,同时自识别是哪种电路方式接入、配合相应的电路结构,保证整灯的可靠安全使用。Plug-in tube LED using the form of plug-in group lamp,convenient and fast,widely used.Nowadays,the lamp head of the plug-in tube lamp has G24D(2 needle)and G24Q(4 needle),mainly because one is directly connected(L and N),the other is the external electronic ballast driven by preheating.The appearance of the two is similar,but the use of electrical characteristics varies greatly.The popular saying is that the two-pin electric access lamp head name is G24D,four-pin ballast output access lamp head name is G24Q.At this stage,it is difficult for end customers to distinguish between G24D and G24Q in actual use.In order to meet the needs of the market,middlemen need to stock two kinds of products,increasing the type of inventory and turnover pressure.And end users are not professional enough will be easy to buy wrong.Based on the above,the author developed the LED plug-in tube lamp to realize the mutual change of two and four needles by switching the lamp head,and at the same time,to identify which circuit mode is connected and cooperate with the corresponding circuit structure to ensure the reliable and safe use of the whole lamp.
