摘 要:对基于退役装甲车再制造的电动应急救援车辆动力系统进行分析研究,设计了单电机驱动结构和双电机驱动结构两种动力系统结构方案,对两种动力系统方案进行比较,确定单电机驱动系统作为动力系统;在对整车进行动力分析计算的基础上,确定了动力系统驱动电机、电机驱动控制器、行星减速器参数,最后用试验验证了该动力系统的可行性。试验表明:采用该动力系统的63式退役装甲车再制造的电动应急救援车满载时公路最高时速可达60 km/h,松软草地最高时速可达50 km/h,最大爬坡度可达60%。Power system of the electric emergency rescue vehicle remanufactured from decommissioned armored vehicle was analyzed.Two power system structure schemes were designed,including the single-motor drive structure and the dual-motor drive structure.The two system schemes were compared and the single-motor drive system was determined to be the power system of the electric emergency rescue vehicle.Based on the dynamic analysis and calculation of the whole vehicle,the driving motor,motor driving controller,and planetary reducer parameters of the power system were determined.Finally,the feasibility of the power system was verified by tests.The tests showed that the electric emergency rescue vehicle remanufactured from the 63-type decommissioned armored vehicle using this power system could reach a maximum speed of 60 km/h on the road,a maximum speed of 50 km/h on soft grass,and a maximum climbing degree of 60%when fully loaded.
