摘 要:针对小西煤矿3106巷掘进至770~830 m段受断层影响,巷道顶板出现严重破碎现象,采用单一锚杆、锚索支护时顶板维护难度大、支护效果差等技术难题,小西煤矿合理分析了断层处顶板破碎机理,提出了“支设密集钢棚+桁架锚索支护”联合支护技术,通过实际应用效果来看,联合支护技术有效控制了破碎区顶板破碎现象,顶板最大下沉量控制在140 mm以下,两帮收敛量控制在230 mm以下,保证了巷道安全快速掘进,取得了显著应用成效。In view of technical problems such as severe broken roadway roof,difficulty maintenance of roof and poor support effect when a single bolt and cable were used for support during the tunneling of 3106 roadway of Xiaoxi Colliery from 770 to 830 m,the author reasonably analyzed the roof breaking mechanism at the fault,and proposed the"supporting dense steel shed-truss anchor cable support"combined support technology,which effectively controlled the roof breaking phenomenon in the broken zone,ensured the safe and rapid excavation of the roadway,and achieved remarkable application results.The maximum subsidence of the roof was controlled below 140 mm and the convergence of the two gangs was controlled below 230 mm.
