摘 要:以煤峪口矿8605工作面为工程实例,对有效控制端面顶板进行了初步探讨;详细分析影响端面顶板稳定性的因素;工作面端面顶板稳定性与顶板岩层力学属性及基本顶破断所形成的结构有关,其中顶板最为危险状态为顶板拉伸区与压缩区相互贯通;端面顶板实际采用注浆加固、交错式锚索吊棚等技术;另外,采煤机完成割煤后要迅速打开护帮板,及时移架支护。Taking the 8605 working face of Meiyukou Colliery as an engineering example,the paper preliminarily discusses the effective control of the end-face roof and analyzes in detail the factors affecting the end-face roof stability,which concludes that the stability of the end-face roof of the working face is related to the mechanical properties of the roof rock strata and the structure formed by the basic roof failure.The most dangerous state of the roof is that the tensile zone and the compression zone of the roof intersect each other;the end-face roof is actually supported by grouting reinforcement and staggered cable suspended shed,etc..In addition,after the shearer finishes cutting the coal,it is necessary to quickly open the guard plate and move the support in time.
