摘  要:为提升选煤厂精煤产品产率、降低生产投入,针对选煤厂分选系统中粗煤分选环节由于分选效率差、除灰效果不明显等原因导致粗精煤产品灰分高、回收率低等问题,提出采用叠层高频振动细筛代替分级旋流器+弧形筛组合对粗煤泥进行除灰;并详细对叠层高频振动细筛工作原理及结构组成等进行阐述。改造后,粗精煤回收率增加2.56%,尾煤泥中灰分含量由30%提升至60%,每年可增加粗精煤回收约0.0123 Mt,改造取得显著的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of high ash and low recovery rate in coarse fine coal caused by bad separation efficiency and dust-cleaning efficiency in coarse coal separation,the author proposes replacing the combination of classifying hydrocyclone and sieve-bend screen with laminated high-frequency vibrating fine screen,which can increase the recovery rate of coarse fine coal by 2.56%with annually 0.0123 Mt and improve the ash content in tailing coal slime from 30%to 60%with remarkable economic benefit.
