摘　　要：基于较厚块状物品枕式包装的技术需求,分析了常规旋转式和往复式横封器的不足,设计了旋转往复式端缝横向封口工艺。利用Solidworks,建立了新型旋转往复式横封器三维模型,重点分析了横封机构的组成与工作原理。通过执行机构工作循环图的设计,实现折膜、封口、切断等工序动作的协同控制。新型横封器具有适用包装尺寸大、封合质量好、封口速度快等优点。The technical requirements of pillow packaging for thick block articles were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the existing deficiencies of conventional rotary and reciprocating horizontal sealing parts,the rotating reciprocating horizontal sealing process for pillow-type packing bags was designed,which mainly applied for thick block-shaped item packaging.Based on Solidworks,the three-dimensional model of the horizontal sealing parts was established,and the composition and working principle were analyzed.Through the design of the work cycle diagram,the coordinated control of horizontal sealing parts was realized.The novel horizontal sealing part has the characteristics of large packaging size,good sealing quality and fast sealing speed.
