摘 要:针对传统石磨磨盘在磨浆过程中磨粒易脱落和磨浆不够均匀、效率低等缺点,设计了一种锥形陶瓷磨盘豆浆机,并基于计算流体力学(Computer fluid dynamics,CFD)建立流固耦合模型对锥形陶瓷磨盘磨浆过程进行了数值模拟。利用正交试验法对磨腔内的剪切速率、湍动能进行分析,以出浆细腻、磨浆效率高为目的确定了锥形陶瓷磨盘的主要结构参数。该研究结果将为进一步优化磨盘豆浆机提供依据。For the shortcomings of the traditional stone grinding discs during the jordaning process,such as easy falloff of abrasive particles,uneven grounding and low efficiency,a cone-shaped ceramic grinding disc soybean milk machine is designed,and the fluid-structure coupling model is established based on Computer fluid dynamics(CFD),and then numerical simulation of the jordaning process of the conical ceramic disc is carried out.The orthogonal experiment method is used to analyze the tangential velocity and turbulent kinetic energy in the grinding cavity.The main structural parameters of the conical ceramic grinding disc are determined for the purpose of fine slurry output and high grinding efficiency.The results of this study provide a basis for further optimization of the soybean milk machine.
