摘 要:目的实现化工领域的类似聚氨酯工业液体物料的全自动化包装。方法设计一种能适应各种此类化工物料全自动灌装机,该三工位灌装机分空桶输送工位、灌装工位以及出桶工位,采用伺服拨桶机构快速在三工位间拨桶;灌装头采用双层结构设计,内层进行灌装,外层可为灌装桶冲氮气;所有物料管线外壁缠绕伴热带,与温度传感器和温控仪表形成闭环恒温控制系统。结果三工位伺服拨桶设计,在灌装头数量相等时较普通灌装机灌装速度提升近百分之四十,灌装头双层结构保证了灌装物料与空气隔绝,有效防止物料氧化。结论该自动灌装机具备高速度、高精度,能适应高温下且不能与空气接触的化工物料灌装,在实际应用中取得了较好的使用效果。Objective To realize the automatic packaging of industrial liquid materials like polyurethane in chemical field.Methods A kind of automatic filling machine suitable for such kind of chemical materials is designed.The three-station filling machine includes empty barrel conveying station,filling station and barrel discharging station,and adopts servo barrel shifting mechanism for quick shifting among the three stations;The filling head is designed with double-layer structure,the inner layer is used for filling materials and the outer layer is used for charging nitrogen for the filling barrel.The external walls of all material pipelines are all wrapped with heat tracing to form a closed loop constant temperature control system together with the temperature sensors and temperature control instruments.Results The three-station servo barrel shifting design can increase the filling speed by 40%compared to conventional filling machine when the number of filling heads is equal.The double-layer structure of filling head ensures effective isolation of filling materials from the air,thus effectively prevents the materials from being oxidized.Conclusion The automatic filling machine has a high speed and high precision,can adapt to the filling of chemical materials which are at high temperature and can not be in contact with the air,thus has achieved better use effect in practical application.
