基于农民合作社为主体的水果供应链运作绩效评价研究

摘　　要：基于农民合作社为主体的水果供应链运作模式,将传统种植业与服务业相结合,缩减非必要环节,以服务优化运作,以品牌促进价值增值,可提高水果供应链整体运作效率。本文利用扩展BSC理论模型,建立了基于农民合作社为主体的水果供应链运作绩效评价指标体系,运用主客观相结合的原则确定指标权重,最后对基于A农民合作社为主体的水果供应链运作绩效进行实证分析。研究表明:A农民合作社对水果供应链的发展起首要作用,消费者和合作伙伴的协调合作位居其次,而合作伙伴学习与成长并未受到重视;另外,基于A农民合作社为主体的水果供应链运作在实际发展过程中受短期利益的驱动,存在较大不稳定性。Building a fruit supply chain operation mode based on farmers'cooperative is thought to be quiet effective to optimize and improve the production efficiency of fruit supply chain arrangement.Through combining traditional planting industry with service industry and reducing unnecessary links,it optimizes operation by service and promotes value appreciation by branding.The operation performance evaluation index system of the fruit supply chain with farmers’cooperative as the main body is constructed by extending BSC theoretical model.Then the weight of the index is determined by using the weight factor judgment method and the gray correlation method.Finally,The operational performance evaluation of the fruit supply chain based on a representative famers’cooperative is conducted for empirical analysis.The research shows that farmers’cooperative plays a primary role in promoting the development of the fruit supply chain,the role of the coordination and cooperation between consumers and partners in the supply chain comes second,while the learning and development of partners in the supply chain has not received much attention.In addition,the operation of the fruit supply chain based on farmers’cooperative is driven by short-term interests in the actual development process,having great instability.
