SPIS Visiting Mode:Improving the Quality of Famous Schools Visiting Activities in the Central and Western Project Under the“National Training Plan”

摘  要:“乡村教师访名校”是“国培计划”——中西部项目中的一个项目,名校访学既是该项目重要的培训方式,也是重要的培训课程。针对名校访学容易出现访学学校选择的随意性、访学课程安排的粗放性、教师现场学习力不足、访学管理专业性不够等四大问题,提出了SPIS访学模式,即强调访学学校的适切性(Suitability of visiting schools)、访学课程的精准性(Precision of visiting courses)、教师访学的能动性(Initiative of teachers’visiting study)、访学管理的专业性(Specialization of visiting management),全文对该模式进行具体操作性分析。The chance for rural teachers to visit Famous Schools for rural teachers is one of the projects for the central and western regions under the“national training plan”.Visiting famous schools is not only an important training method,but also a training course.In view of the four major problems,such as the random choice of visiting schools,the rough arrangement of visiting courses,the lack of on-site learning ability of teachers and the lack of professionalism in visiting management,this paper puts forward the SPIS visiting mode,which emphasizes the suitability of visiting schools and the precision of visiting courses,initiative of teachers’visiting study,and the specialization of visiting management.This paper analyzes the concret operation of this mode.
