信息化维修作业能力成人培训模式思考

摘　　要：维修管理人才培训是高端装备维修保障能力建设的一项核心工作。应着重应用现代化、信息化继续教育管理思维,构建科学高效的维修信息化作业能力成人培训体系,提升维修管理人才的理论水平和实践能力。对信息化维修作业能力成人培训模式进行思考,分析装备信息化维修作业能力培训需求,探索装备信息化维修作业能力培训模式,重点对装备信息化维修作业技术课堂的主要教学内容和基本实验条件进行设计,可为培训高端装备信息化维修作业人才发挥良好的借鉴作用。The training of maintenance management cadres is a core task in the construction of high-end equipment maintenance support capabilities.We should focus on the new thinking on modernized and informatized continuing education management,build a scientific and efficient adult training system for the cultivation of informatzed maintenance capabilities,and improve the theoretical level and practical ability of middle and senior maintenance management cadres.In this paper,the adult training mode is considered,the training requirements for equipment informatized maintenance capabilities are analyzed,the training mode is explored,and the classroom teaching content and experimental conditions are designed.This paper can provide a good reference for training informatized maintenance personnel of high-end equipment.
