针刺联合中药治疗辅助生殖技术致卵巢过度刺激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合中药治疗辅助生殖技术(ART)致卵巢过度刺激综合征的临床疗效。方法49例ART造成卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组(25例)和观察组(24例)。对照组采用常规治疗方案,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予针刺联合中药治疗。观察两组体质量、腹围、卵巢直径、红细胞压积(HCT)、总蛋白、白蛋白(ALB)、中医证候积分及不良反应,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组体质量、腹围、卵巢直径较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);观察组HCT、总蛋白、ALB与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均无明显不良反应出现。结论在常规药物治疗基础上,针刺联合中药在治疗ART致OHSS中能够明显减轻患者临床症状,改善其血生化指标,降低患者中医证候积分,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medication in treating ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS)caused by assisted reproductive technique(ART).Method Forty-nine subjects with ART-induced OHSS were randomized into a control group(25 cases)and an observation group(24 cases).The control group was treated with conventional treatment protocol,while the observation group was given additional acupuncture treatment plus Chinese medication.The body mass,abdominal circumference,ovary diameter,hematocrit(HCT),total protein,albumin(ALB),symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.The clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the body mass,abdominal circumference and ovary diameter declined more significantly in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05);the HCT,total protein and ALB levels in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05);the TCM symptom scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical effecacy in the observation group was markedly superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in either of the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medication on the basis of conventional medication can significantly mitigate the clinical symptoms,improve the blood biochemical indexes and reduce the TCM symptom scores in treating OHSS induced by ART,without causing any notably adverse reactions.
