针灸联合中药贴脐治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针灸联合中药贴脐治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症的临床疗效。方法选取126例薄型子宫内膜不孕症患者,随机分为治疗组63例和对照组63例。对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片合黄体酮胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用针灸联合中药贴脐治疗。观察两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流分级、中医症状评分、临床疗效及妊娠结局情况。结果两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流分级、中医症状评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总妊娠率、足月产率及总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在西药治疗基础上,针灸联合中药贴脐治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕症临床疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion plus umbilical application with Chinese medication in treating infertility associated with thin endometrium.Method A total of 126 patients with infertility associated with thin endometrium were selected and randomized into a treatment group of 63 cases and a control group of 63 cases.The control group was treated with oral administration of Estradiol valerate tablets and Progestin capsules,while the treatment group was given additional acupuncture-moxibustion treatment and umbilical application with Chinese medication.The endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow grading,symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),treatment efficacy and pregnancy outcome were observed in the two groups.Result The endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow grading and TCM symptom score were improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);the pregnancy rate,full-term birth rate and total effective rate were higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion plus umbilical application with Chinese medication on the basis of conventional Western medication can produce significant clinical efficacy in treating infertility associated with thin endometrium.
