“通督五线”针法配合Schroth训练治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察“通督五线”针法配合Schroth脊柱矫正疗法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)的临床疗效。方法108例AIS患者随机分为针刺组、训练组及联合组,每组36例。针刺组进行通调督脉的“通督五线”针法治疗,训练组以脊柱矫正疗法治疗,联合组以“通督五线”针法治疗后配合Schroth脊柱矫正疗法进行训练。以Cobb角、骶尾中垂线(CSVL)至C7铅垂线(C7PL)(CSVL-C7PL)间距、身高、最大肺活量、剃刀背最大度数为观察指标,并比较3组临床疗效。结果3组治疗后Cobb角、SVL-C7PL间距、身高、最大肺活量优于同组治疗前(P<0.05),联合组优于针刺组和训练组(P<0.05),针刺组和训练组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在剃刀背最大度数方面,3组治疗前后组内和组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“通督五线”针法配合Schroth训练治疗AIS疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture plus Schroth spinal correction for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Method One hundred and eighty AIS patients were randomized to acupuncture,training and combination groups,with 36 cases in each group.The acupuncture group received Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture for regulating the Du Meridian;the training group,spinal correction;the combination group,Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture and following Schroth spinal correction for training.The Cobb angle,the distance between the center sacral vertical line(CSVL)and the C7 plumb line(C7PL)(CSVL-C7PL),body height,forced vital capacity and the maximum degree of spine“razor back”were used as indicators.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the three groups.Result After treatment,the Cobb angle,the CSVL-C7PL distance,body height and forced vital capacity were superior to before in the three groups(P<0.05)and better in the combination group than in the acupuncture and training groups(P<0.05)and had no statistically significant differences between the acupuncture and training groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant within-group and between-group difference in the maximum degree of spine“razor back”in the three groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the clinical therapeutic effect between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Five-line Du-unblocking acupuncture plus Schroth training has a marked therapeutic effect on AIS.
