摘 要:以15D752×15D435和PH6WC×29 2份玉米杂交F1诱导单倍体自然加倍自交结实穗的穗粒数为研究对象,应用DH群体遗传模型及混合分布方法,对花粉结实力进行研究。结果表明:单倍体自然加倍花粉结实力是由4对主效基因决定,具有加性效应和上位性效应,主效基因遗传力分别为95.85%和83.67%。The number of seeds of haploid natural double selfing ear induced by F1 of 15 D752×15 D435 and PH6 WC×29 as the research objects in maize. The population genetic model of DH and the method of mixed distribution were used to study the pollen seeding ability. The results showed that the ability of haploid natural doubled pollen seeding was determined by four major genes, which had additive and epistatic effects and the heritability of major genes were 95.85% and 83.67%, respectively.
