摘 要:针对中性点非有效接地配电网单相接地故障处理难题,提出一种基于故障相接地的配电网单相接地故障自动处理方案。分别对故障断开前后配电网系统中的零序电压、零序电流值发生的变化进行规律分析,对故障相接地断开前以及断开后的基波零序电流进行比值判定分析,作为单相接地选择线路、区段的判定依据,并提出对应的处理办法。通过实际案例对提出的处理方案进行验证,实验结果证明提出的故障分析及处理方案具有可行性和有效性。This paper proposes a fault analysis and treatment plan that can automatically deal with the fault of the distribution network in the case of grounding faults,mainly for the single-phase fault handling of the neutral point of the non-effective grounding system.This paper analyzes the changes of the zero-sequence voltage and zero-sequence current in the distribution network before and after the fault is disconnected,and analyzes the ratio of the fundamental zero-sequence current before and after the disconnection of the fault phase to ground.Use this as the basis for determining single-phase grounding to select lines and sections,and propose corresponding treatment methods.This paper carries out actual cases to verify the proposed treatment plan,and the experimental results prove that the fault analysis and treatment plan proposed in this article is feasible and effective.
