摘  要:针对电力客服工作来讲,为了能够使服务的质量更高,满足客户多样化的需求,电力客服需要借助于智能化的技术手段,对电力客服工作进行不断的更新升级,从而达到对客户的精细化服务。通过智能质检系统的建立,实现问题语音的自动检出,然后再进行人工质检,使质检人员的工作效率大幅提高。In terms of electric customer service work,in order to make the quality of service higher and meet the diverse needs of customers,Electric power customer service needs to rely on intelligent technical means to continuously update and upgrade the power customer service work,so as to achieve refined services to customers.Through the establishment of the intelligent quality inspection system,the automatic detection of the problem voice is realized,and then the manual quality inspection is carried out,which greatly improves the work efficiency of the quality inspectors.
