安徽省主要油料作物比较优势研究

摘　　要：通过采用综合比较优势指数法,针对安徽省主要油料作物(油菜籽、花生、芝麻)进行比较优势分析。结果表明,油菜籽具有综合比较优势。油菜籽规模比较优势指数很高,但其效率比较优势指数偏低,其单产不高,主要依靠规模来保持优势,需要通过种植油料作物新品种、改进油料作物栽培技术等提高其单产;花生具有效率比较优势,但花生规模比较优势指数和综合比较优势指数较低,应该通过适当扩大花生种植面积来提高综合比较优势。芝麻不具有综合比较优势。提出提高安徽省主要油料作物比较优势的具体措施为推广油料作物新品种和优质的高产栽培技术、提高油料作物生产机械化水平、加强各种相关补贴项目的落实、积极推进油料作物产业化经营,实现产销一体化。The comparative advantage of main oilseed crops(rapeseed,peanut and sesame)in Anhui province was analyzed by using the comprehensive comparative advantage index method.The rapeseed scale advantage index was very high,but its efficiency comparative advantage index was low,its yield per unit area was not high,mainly depends on its scale to maintain the advantage,it needs to increase its yield per unit area through planting new oil crop varieties,improving the cultivation technology of oil crop,etc.Peanut has an efficiency comparative advantage,but its scale comparative advantage index and comprehensive comparative advantage index were low,so the comprehensive comparative advantage should be improved by appropriately expanding the planting area of peanut.Sesame had no comprehensive comparative advantage.Finally,the measures to improve the comparative advantage of oil crops in Anhui province were put forward:to popularize new varieties of oil crops and high yield cultivation techniques of high quality,raise the mechanization level of oil crop production,to strengthen the implementation of various related subsidy projects,actively promote the industrialized operation of oil crops to realize the integration of production and marketing.
