摘  要:以悬浮床管式加氢反应器加热套的加热炉瓦为研究对象,根据热量平衡原理,对重劣质油轻质化相对和绝对放热的数学模型进行了推导,建立了单位时间净放热量的简化模型,并将该模型应用到预测减压渣油在150 kg/d悬浮床中试加氢裂化装置中的运行情况。结果表明:通过模拟得到的反应放热曲线可以预测反应器内部状态,并且较反应器的压差和平均温度监测曲线更为敏感、准确和快速,能够实时监控和预测反应器的内部状态。Taking the heating furnace tile of suspension bed tubular reactor jacket as the research object,and regarding the products lightening problem of heavy and inferior oil hydrogenation process,the mathematical model of relative and absolute exothermic was inferred out on the basis of heat balance principle,then the concerned simplified calculation simulation model of the net heat release amount per unit time was established and applied to predict the operation of vacuum residue in a 150 kg/d suspension bed pilot hydrocracking unit.The results showed that the simulated reaction heat releasing curve could predict the internal state of the reactor,and it was more sensitive,accurate and faster than the current monitoring curve which was based on pressure difference and average temperature of the reactor,which could monitor and predict the internal state of reactor in real time.
