摘 要:在乙烯制冷系统中,针对深冷分离法和膜分离法回收排放气中乙烯效果不佳的问题,提出了精馏-膜分离联合回收乙烯工艺,并将其用于6万t/a丁基橡胶装置乙烯制冷系统中;同时,利用Aspen Hysys模拟软件对工艺流程进行了模拟优化。结果表明:在排放气最佳进气压力为1740 kPa,精馏塔塔顶最佳温度为-100℃的条件下,乙烯回收率达到99.9%,去火炬气中乙烯摩尔分数为4.6%,分离过程所需总能耗为2.36 kW,经济效益达到208.84万元/a。In the ethylene refrigeration system,aiming at the poor effect of cryogenic separation method and membrane separation method in recovering ethylene from the exhaust gas,a combined technology of distillation and membrane separation was proposed to recover ethylene from the exhaust gas,it was applied in a ethylene refrigeration system of 60 kt/a butyl rubber unit,and the process was simulated and optimized by Aspen Hysys simulation software.The results showed that under the optiumum conditions of the distillation column top temperature of-100℃,the exhaust gas inlet pressure of 1740 kPa,the recovery rate of ethylene had reached to 99.9%,the mole fraction of ethylene in flare gas was 4.6%,the total energy consumption of separation process was 2.36 kW,the economic benefit was 2.0884 million yuan/a.
