摘 要:对高岭土、埃洛石和硅藻土的物理化学性质和形貌进行了表征,并以此为载体,采用常规方法制备了催化裂化(FCC)催化剂。以减压蜡油与减压渣油(二者质量比为6∶4)混合物为原料,在催化剂/原料油(质量比)为5,反应温度为530℃,催化剂用量为9 g的条件下,对所制备催化剂的反应性能进行了评价。结果表明:以质量分数为7%的埃洛石等比例替换高岭土所制备的催化剂,其反应性能与100%高岭土者(催化剂1)相当;采用7%硅藻土等比例替换高岭土所制备的催化剂,产物汽油、轻质油和总液体收率较催化剂1依次提高了0.44,0.27,0.23个百分点,转化率提高了0.51个百分点,重油收率降低了0.35个百分点,表明硅藻土对改善产品性能有促进作用;但是,当硅藻土质量分数提高到15%时,重油转化能力降低。The physicochemical properties and morphologies of kaolin,halloysite and diatomite were characterized,and fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)catalysts using these materials as supporters were prepared by conventional method.The reaction performances of the catalysts were evaluated with the mixture of vacuum wax oil and vacuum residue(mass ratio of them of 6∶4)as feedstock under the conditions of reaction temperature of 530℃,catalyst/raw oil(mass ratio)of 5 and catalyst dosage of 9 g.The results showed that the catalyst prepared by as the proportion of replacing kaolin with the mass fraction of 7%of halloysite had the same reaction performance as that of 100%kaolin(catalyst 1);when the catalyst prepared by as the proportion of replacing kaolin with the mass fraction of 7%of diatomite,compared with catalyst 1,the yields of gasoline,light oil and total liquid had increased by 0.44,0.27 and 0.23 percentage points respectively;and the conversion rate had increased by 0.51 percentage points;the yield of heavy oil had decreased by 0.35 percentage points;however,when the mass fraction of diatomite was increased to 15%,the conversion ability of heavy oil had decreased.
