摘  要:将高密度聚乙烯中小中空料(牌号分别为DMDA-6147,HD-5502 XA)按不同比例掺混,在加工温度为170℃,螺杆轴旋转频率为24 Hz,吹气时间为38~40 s的条件下,经吹塑成型制备了4 L提手壶。结果表明:二者最佳掺混比(质量比)为40∶60,此时,掺混料的拉伸强度为35.3 MPa,弯曲应力为1182 MPa;该掺混料可正常吹塑成型4 L提手壶,并且壶质量略高于同体积的HD-5502 XA制品,常、低温耐冲击性较后者得到了大幅提高,有利于在低温包装领域的应用。A 4 L handle pot was produced by mixing medium sized hollow material(DMDA-6147)with small sized one(HD-5502 XA)of high density polyethylene in different proportions,under the processing conditions of temperature of 170℃,screw axis rotation frequency of 24 Hz and blowing duration of 38-40 s.The results showed that the optimal blending mass ratio of medium sized hollow material to small sized one was 40∶60.Under such conditions,the tensile strength and bending stress of the mixture were 35.3 MPa and 1182 MPa respectively.The mixture could be blown into a 4 L handle pot and such pot′mass was slightly higher than that of HD-5502 XA products with the same volume.Compared with the latter,its normal impact and low temperature resistance had been greatly improved,which was beneficial to the application in the field of low temperature packaging.
