摘  要:在中海石油舟山石化有限公司170万t/a焦化馏分油加氢裂化装置中,以焦化重馏分油为加氢裂化原料,裂化产物与焦化轻馏分油的混合物为加氢精制原料,加氢石脑油和外购直馏石脑油的混合物为重整预加氢原料,对TH系列加氢催化剂的工业应用效果进行了评价。结果表明:在标定期间,加氢石脑油和干气收率分别为45.8%,1.7%,均满足设计值要求;加氢柴油含硫量低于1.5μg/g,十六烷值约为52.6,优于国Ⅵ柴油标准;加氢石脑油的含硫量和含氮量均低于0.35μg/g,芳烃潜含量(质量分数)不小于28.0%,满足重整装置进料要求。The industrial application performances of TH series hydrogenation catalysts were evaluated in a 1.7 Mt/a coking distillate hydrocracking unit of Zhoushan Petrochemical Co Ltd,CNOOC,with coker heavy distillate as hydrocracking raw material,and the mixture of cracking product and coker light distillate as hydrofining raw material,the mixture of hydrogenated naphtha and purchased straight-run naphtha as raw material of reforming pre-hydrofination.The results showed that during the calibration period,the yields of hydrogenated naphtha and dry gas were 45.8%,1.7%respectively,which both met the design requirements.The sulfur content of hydrogenated diesel was less than 1.5μg/g,the cetane value was about 52.6,which were better than that of the nationalⅥdiesel standard.The sulfur content and nitrogen content of hydrogenated naphtha were both lower than 0.35μg/g,and the potential aromatic content(mass fraction)was no less than 28.0%,which could meet the feed requirements of the reforming unit.
