摘  要:针对乙腈抽提丁二烯装置循环乙腈溶剂长期使用致使溶剂质量恶化的问题,采取一系列措施对装置进行了优化调整。结果表明:当原料中碳五组分质量分数控制在0.3%以下,循环乙腈溶剂中丁二烯二聚物和含水质量分数分别控制在低于0.25%,6%~8%,含NaNO2量控制在100~200μg/g,含哌啶自由基型高效阻聚剂量控制在200μg/g以下时,可使循环乙腈溶剂中含丙酮量由11525μg/g降至9000μg/g以下,含碳五组分量由3761μg/g降至1500μg/g以下,含丁二烯二聚物量由3600μg/g降至2500μg/g以下,明显改善了循环乙腈溶剂的质量。A series of adjustment and optimization measures were taken to deal with the deterioration problem of acetonitrile solvent quality due to long-term circulating usage in butadiene extraction unit.The results showed that when the mass fraction of C5 heavy component in the raw material was less than 0.3%,the mass fraction of butadiene dimer and water was less than 0.25%and within the range of 6%-8%respectively,NaNO2 content was 100-200μg/g,and the content of high efficient piperidine nitroxide free radical type inhibitor was below 200μg/g in the circulating acetonitrile solvent,which led to the acetone content was decreased from 11525μg/g to less than 9000μg/g,C5 heavy component content was reduced from 3761μg/g to less than 1500μg/g,and the butadiene dimer content was decreased from 3600μg/g to less than 2500μg/g,so the quality of circulating acetonitrile solvent was improved significantly.
