芳烃溶剂产品色号异常原因分析及对策

摘　　要：在山东京博石油化工有限公司10万t/a高沸点芳烃溶剂装置中,以C≥8重整芳烃为原料,采用加氢精制工艺生产牌号为SA-1500的芳烃溶剂。基于节能降耗考虑,将原加氢精制使用的管网氢气更换为重整循环氢气后,出现了SA-1500铂钴色号超标(以下简称异常SA-1500)现象,分别选用2种方案(方案1,异常产品进入脱重塔进行循环脱重处理;方案2,异常产品进入废弃白土罐进行二级净化处理)对该工艺流程进行了优化调整。结果表明:异常SA-1500的铂钴色号高达105;与正常SA-1500相比,异常产品的溴指数和胶质质量浓度均提高了2倍以上,这是由于氢分压过低导致芳烃精制深度不足所致。采用2种优化方案后,产品铂钴色号均低于10;生产中优选方案1,当方案1无法满足需要时,可同时启用方案2。The aromatics solvent(brand name SA-1500)was produced by hydrorefining process with reformed C≥8 aromatics as feedstock in a 0.1 Mt/a high boiling point aromatics solvent unit in Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals Co Ltd.The SA-1500 absorbents′platinum-cobalt color number had unexpectedly exceeded the qualification standard after the original hydrorefining hydrogen replaced by reforming circulating hydrogen under the consideration of comprehensive energy consumption.The unit was optimized and adjusted by two schemes(scheme 1,the abnormal product was directed to the de-heavy tower for circling to cut heavy components;scheme 2,the abnormal product was directed to waste clay tank for secondary purification treatment).The results showed that the platinum-cobalt color number of abnormal SA-1500 was higher than 105;compared with the normal SA-1500,the bromine index and colloid mass concentration of the abnormal SA-1500 had increased by more than 2 times,which was caused by insufficient aromatics refining depth due to low hydrogen partial pressure.By adopting the above two optimization schemes,the corresponding platinum-cobalt color number of SA-1500 was less than 10;scheme 1 was the optimum solution in production;scheme 2 could be used at the same time when scheme 1 could not meet the production requirement alone.
