摘 要:文中根据齿轮啮合基本原理,推导直线共轭内啮合齿轮副的齿廓方程,基于数值建模的方法建立三维模型进行运动仿真验证其正确性。在此基础上,用矢量射线法推导齿轮泵容腔容积角导数公式、流量公式,应用MATLAB编程分析齿轮泵齿数差、齿形半角对容腔容积角导数变化剧烈程度和流量脉动的影响,对直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的理论设计和应用有重要指导意义。In this article,based on the basic principles of gear meshing,the tooth profile equations of the linear conjugate’s internal meshing gear pairs are derived,and the three-dimensional model is worked out based on numerical modeling;then,the motion simulation is conducted in order to verify whether the model is correct. On this basis,the vector-ray method is adopted to identify both the volume angle derivative formula and the flow formula of the gear pump’s volume cavity,and MATLAB programming is used to analyze the influence of the gear pump tooth difference and the half-angle of the tooth shape on the drastic change of the volume cavity volume angle derivative and the flow pulsation. These results provide important reference for theoretical design and practical application of the linear conjugate’s internal gear pump.
