民用飞机垂尾与机身连接结构设计及传载分析

摘  要:垂尾与机身连接是民用飞机关键连接区域之一,垂尾与机身一体化连接方案是当前民用飞机优选方案,垂尾与机身一体化连接方案实现了各类载荷分路径均匀传载,避免了以往耳片接头方案中载荷过于集中传递的问题,提高了结构破损安全能力;同时在垂尾与机身连接交界面实现了闭合剖面连接,交界面位置垂尾与机身加强结构一体化承载,提高了结构利用效率,相对于原接头方案结构质量降低20%以上。文中以某民用飞机垂尾与机身一体化连接结构概念为例,对垂尾与机身连接区结构布置及传载分析进行介绍,并针对连接区局部关键结构细节给出了分析参考建议,对后续相关机型设计有着一定的指导作用。The connection of vertical stabilizer and fuselage is one of most important parts for civil aircraft. The scheme of integration of vertical stabilizer and fuselage is desirable in the design of civil aircraft,which ensures smooth load transfer among different paths and successfully avoids load concentration suffered by the scheme of lug connection. Thus,the structural capability of fail safety has improved. In addition,a closed profile connection is realized at the interface between the vertical stabilizer and the fuselage,and the reinforced structure of vertical stabilizer and fuselage is integrated at the interface,which improves the efficiency in structural utilization. The weight reduces more than 20%,compared with that of the original scheme. With the integrated connection between the vertical stabilizer and the fuselage of a civil aircraft as an example,this article introduces both the structural layout and the load transfer,and renders suggestions for the key structural details of the part. It provides reference for the subsequent design of related models.
