针刺治疗急性发作期哮喘的研究进展

摘　　要：鉴于针刺疗法在哮喘急性发作期的重要作用,文章从体针、电针、水针、浮针、火针、飞针、眼针等疗法总结了近二十年来针刺治疗哮喘急性发作期的临床及实验研究进展,指出针刺疗法治疗哮喘急性发作期具有多样、安全、快捷、高效等特点,同时指出针刺疗法存在作用机理研究不足、腧穴配伍规律不一、远期疗效追踪不足及小儿病例少等缺点,并提出相应的解决措施。In view of the important role of acupuncture in the acute stage of asthma,this paper summarizes the clinical and experimental research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of acute attack of asthma in recent 20 years from body acupuncture,electroacupuncture,water acupuncture,floating acupuncture,fire acupuncture,flying acupuncture and eye acupuncture.It points out that acupuncture has the characteristics of diversity,safety,quickness and high efficiency in the treatment of acute attack of asthma.At the same time,it also points out that acupuncture mechanism research deficiencies,different acupoints compatibility of the law,lack of long-term follow-up tracking and pediatric cases less faults,and puts forward corresponding solving measures.
