摘 要:螺杆转子是螺杆压缩机性能提升的关键零部件,以经典型线为基础设计新型线具有很高的工程价值。通过引入属性拓扑及其相关理论,定量且可视化地分析了八种优异型线的啮合对之间的异同和因果关系。得出“摆线-点”啮合对的应用范围最广,“圆弧”类啮合对综合效果最优,“椭圆”类啮合对是由“摆线-点”和“圆弧”类啮合对发展而来。由此发现,将优化后的啮合对作为一个元素,在转子啮合路径上设计不同的排列组合,最后赋予大小不等的长度便可生成新一代型线。Screw rotor is the key component of screw compressor to improve its performance.It is of great engineering value to design a new type of screw compressor based on the classic profiles.By introducing attribute topology and its related theories,this paper quantitatively and visually analyzes the common points,the differences and causal relationships between the meshing pairs in eight excellent profiles.It is concluded that the application range of"cycloid-point"meshing pair is the widest,the comprehensive effect of"arc"type meshing pair is the best,and"ellipse"type meshing pair is developed from"cycloid-point"and"arc"type meshing pairs.It is found that the optimized meshing pair is used as an element to design different arrangement and combination on meshing path of two rotors,and finally the new generation profiles are generated by giving the length of different sizes.
