摘 要:中东地区气候炎热,中东空调使用常规压缩机时制冷能力和能效会大幅衰减。对双级增焓转子压缩机进行中东空调工况性能提升理论计算,并和单级压缩机进行了性能试验测试对比,结果表明:压缩机能效和制冷量测试结果和理论计算值基本一致。双级增焓压缩机在中东空调高温制冷工况下能效和制冷量提升明显,应用于中东空调具有显著的性能优势。The climate in the Middle East is hot,and the cooling capacity and energy efficiency of conventional compressors in the Middle East air conditioner will be greatly reduced when used.In the paper,the theoretical calculation of the performance improvement of the two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection in the Middle East air conditioner is carried out,and the performance test is compared with the single-stage compressor.The results show that the compressor energy efficiency and refrigeration capacity test results are basically consistent with the theoretical calculation values.The energy efficiency and cooling capacity of the two-stage rotary compressor with vapor injection is significantly improved under the high temperature refrigeration conditions of the Middle East,which has a significant performance advantage applying in the Middle East air conditioning.
