摘　　要：阐述了该机组改造的内容及方法,将压缩机气量由202850 Nm^(3)/h提高到27000 Nm^(3)/h;同时由原4M50基础件改为4M80基础系列;由原3级压缩改成4级压缩,且压缩机基础利旧。改造后的压缩机机组运行成功,解决了用户扩大产量的需求,节省了经营成本,并消除了机器老化带来的安全隐患。The paper specified the content and method of the unit renovation,which inreased the compressor gas from 202850Nm3/h to 27000 Nm3/h.Meanwhile,the 4M50 series was changed to 4M80 series and the original 3 stage compressor was replaced by 4 stage compressor,and the compressor was based on the previous.The compressor unit after renovation was successfully operated,which solved the user's demand for expanding output,saved operating costs,and eliminated the potential safety hazards caused by the aging of machine.
