摘  要:燃气-蒸汽联合循环发电机组(CCPP)以高炉煤气(BFG)为主要燃料,因具备效率高、启停响应迅速、低污染排放等优点而被钢铁企业广泛应用。高炉煤气压缩机作为CCPP机组原料输送系统的关键设备,煤气压缩机叶片的频繁断裂,对机组的发电负荷及设备的安全影响很大,对CCPP发电机组轴流式煤气压缩机(AV90-15)断裂叶片的化学成分、力学性能、振动特性及断口特性等方面进行系统分析,得出叶片断裂系材料疲劳所致,并针对性提出预防改进措施,确保发电机组安全、稳定运行。BFG Blast Furnace Gas is used as the main fuel for gas-steam CCPP Combined cycle power production units in power plants.It is widely used in steel enterprises due to its advantages of high efficiency,quick response for start and stop,and low pollution emission.The blast furnace gas compressor is the most critical equipment in raw material conveying system.But frequent fracture of gas compressor blade has great influence on the generator load and equipment safety of the equipment.In this paper,the chemical composition,mechanical properties,vibration characteristics and fracture characteristics of the rotor blades fracture of the CCPP axial flow gas compressor(AV90-15)were analyzed,and the material fatigue was the main reason for the blade fracture.And preventive and improvement measures were put forward to ensure the safe and stable operation of the CCPP unit.
