摘  要:目的探究丹皮-蒲公英及其配伍对慢性应激小鼠胃肠动力的影响。方法将70只小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组和丹皮、蒲公英及其不同配伍组共7个组。除正常对照组外,其余组采用不可预知的多种应激方式造模28 d复制小鼠胃肠动力障碍性模型。造模第15天起,模型组和正常对照组给予生理盐水,其他各组分别相应给予丹皮、蒲公英及其两者不同配伍的提取液进行小鼠灌胃处理,1次/d,给药2周后测定小鼠胃残留率和小肠推进率。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组小肠推进率明显降低(P<0.05),蒲公英组、丹皮∶蒲公英=1∶2组的小肠推进率明显增高(P<0.01),丹皮组、丹皮∶蒲公英=1∶1组、丹皮∶蒲公英=2∶1组小肠推进率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与模型组比较,各组小肠推进率均明显升高(P<0.05或0.01);丹皮配伍蒲公英组小肠推进率均明显高于丹皮组(P<0.05或0.01);丹皮∶蒲公英=1∶1组、丹皮∶蒲公英=2∶1组小肠推进率明显低于蒲公英组(P<0.05)。胃残留率各组均低于模型组,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲公英、丹皮对应激性胃肠动力障碍均具有促进作用,丹皮和蒲公英合适配伍能更好地改善胃肠动力障碍。Objective To investigate the effects of cortex moutan and dandelion and their compatibility on gastrointestinal motility in chronic stress mice.Methods 70 mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:normal control group,model group,cortex moutan group,dandelion group,and their different compatibility groups.In addition to the normal control group,models in the other groups were cultured for 28 days by various unpredictable multiple stress methods to replicate the model of gastrointestinal dyskinesia in mice.From the 15th day of the model culturing,the model group and the normal control group were given normal saline,and the other groups were correspondingly given the extracts of cortex moutan,dandelion and different compatibility of them once a day for gavage treatment of mice.In addition,gastric residual rate and small intestinal propulsion rate were measured after two weeks of administration.Results Compared with the normal group,the small intestinal propulsion rate of the model group significantly decreased(P<0.05),the small intestinal propulsion rates of the dandelion group and 1∶2 group(the ratio of cortex moutan to dandelion)significantly increased(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference of the small intestinal propulsion rates between the cortex moutan group,the 1∶1 group(the ratio of cortex moutan to dandelion)and the 2∶1 group(the ratio of cortex moutan to dandelion)(P>0.05).Compared with the model group,the small intestinal propulsion rate significantly increased in each group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The small intestinal propulsion rates of the cortex moutan to dandelion compatibility groups significantly higher than that of the cortex moutan group(P<0.05 or 0.01).The small intestinal propulsion rates of the 1∶1 group and 2∶1 group were significantly lower than that of the dandelion group(P<0.05).The gastric residual rate was lower in each group than in the model group,but difference between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Dandelion and cortex moutan can prom
