篮球竞赛规则的修改对运动员攻防速度表现的研究

摘　　要：篮球运动发展已经历了129年,篮球竞赛时间规则也历经多次修改,从而更好地适应篮球运动技战术的不断发展。通过对篮球竞赛时间规则和篮球运动技、战术的发展变化的互动研究,获得以下研究结果:竞赛时间规则修订推进了篮球技术的快速发展,进攻战术的表现质量更精炼、更实效,防守战术表现质量要力求破坏或延缓对方的快速推进速度,篮球竞赛规则的修订大大提高了攻守转换速度表现效能,从而更好地适应现代篮球运动攻防平衡发展的客观需要,保证篮球比赛更加公平、更具悬念、更激烈、更具观赏性,使得篮球运动更富魅力。The development of basketball has gone through 129 years,and the rules of basketball competition time have been modified many times to adapt to the development of basketball techniques and tactics.This paper studies the time rules of basketball competition and the development of basketball skills and tactics.The results show that:the revision of the rules of competition time promotes the rapid development of basketball technology,the performance quality of offensive tactics is more refined,more effective and more effective.The performance quality of defense tactics should strive to destroy or delay the opponent’s rapid advance speed,greatly improve the efficiency of offensive and defensive conversion speed,so as to meet the objective needs of the balanced development of modern basketball and ensure the basketball game more fair,more suspense,more intense,more ornamental,making basketball more attractive.
